Well I'm just a little over two weeks post-op and feeling great!  I went back to work Monday and although working is for the birds, it felt great to get back into a routine.  I actually find that having a schedule and a routine works better for me.  If forces me to make decisions the night before about what my lunch/protein will be the next day.  If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. 

I started a new chapter of working out as well.  I know for me that if I don't move it, I will not lose it!   So my exercise of choice is Just Dance 3 on the Wii and I absolutely love it!  I can do it when my husband goes to bed and feel like I'm getting a good workout.  I'm also venturing in to the Zumba world.  I never thought you could get such a good sweat going by shakin' your bon bon! 

So I'm 20lbs down so far and know that I will continue to lose.  I kind of like being a loser!  20lbs in THREE weeks-  I mean I'm kind of amazed.  Have I been hungry, yes.  Will I look forward to having my first fill, yes.  Is this a life long commitment? YES.   Prudence is a tool (my bands name) and ONLY a tool.  I have to be willing to change with it and because of it. 

My goal for my 1 month bandiversary is to be down at least 30lbs.  Stay tuned.........
